The program begins with preliminary discovery to tailor the experiences for each skillset.

The first phase starts with collaborative demonstrations allowing participants to relate with each skillset.

The second phase uses story telling and Q&A to push participants into valuable skillset practice.

The third phase practices skillsets in simulated small team and individual experiences. Peer and program lead feedback is given immediately. This is the most significant phase for retention and initiating foundational habits.

Post-program, individuals identify soft skill strengths and weaknesses with a structured plan on how to adapt each into their current work environment.
